Tracy and Rachel invite you to be our guests at the Home Farm Hideaway, our cosy Annex attached to Home Farm, iur two hundred year old farmhouse located in Grendon, North Warwickshire.
Bring up to six friends (and your pups too) and stay with us for the day to enjoy our Day Stay Experience, or for couples, really retreat and book to stay with us overnight in our cosy Annex.
Whether you're with us for the day, or staying longer, guests can enjoy our one acre pet friendly garden, catching the sun on our south facing terrace, downtime in the garden dome and soaking the stress away in our hot tub.
While you relax we'll be serving up our Afternoon Teas featuring homemade and homegrown treats and locally sourced ingredients from Gaytons Bakery and the Smithy Farm Shop.
The Annex is the perfect hideaway for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents who are looking to escape for some peace and quiet, or as a stop over in the Midlands as part of bigger travel plans.
While there's plenty to do close by and we're just ten minutes from the M42 with great connections to Birmingham and the NEC, most of our guests love visiting us to enjoy a rural retreat, hang out in the hot tub and make the most of some time out.

This year we have added a Garden Dome to our outdoor space, sited to look westwards to get the most amazing sunsets. It's a lovely space to use even if it's wet outside, it still feels cosy by zipping up the doors and cosying up with blankets in the winter.
We serve our Afternoon Teas in the Dome, meaning whatever the weather our guests can enjoy our lovely outdoor space, cosy up with a good book or chill with something that's been chilled!
You'll find the Dome set on our second patio area which also includes a huge outdoor sofa and a fire pit. If you don't bring your own wood to burn, guests can ask us for a fire pit pack with marshmallows and all the trimmings so you can enjoy a cosy fireside chat during your stay.
Our Classic Afternoon Tea features five courses of savoury and sweet treats including finger sandwiches, homemade savoury tarts, homemade scones, homemade jam, cakes and dessert, served with tea and coffee.
Alongside our Classic Afternoon Tea Menu, we will also be offering some seasonal specials including a Wimbledon Menu in June, Mediterranean Mezze over the Summer and our Orchard Afternoon Tea featuring our homegrown apples, pears, plums and raspberries.
We've proud to have achieved a 5 star food hygiene rating so we can serve up our own homegrown and homemade bakes, together with delicious ingredients from our local Smithy Farm Shop and Gayton's Bakery in Grendon.
Bring your own bottle to add some cheers to your Afternoon Tea, although we hope later this year to be able to serve our home produced Cider from our Pressed for Good Social Enterprise.
Being pet friendly of course we also have a dog friendly menu featuring treats from our friends at Ruffingtons, doggy ice cream, served with Pawsecco.
We've worked really hard to make sure there's something on the menu for everyone, but please message us if you'd like us to create a special menu.

We're a pet friendly family, so we're happy to welcome guests with pets to enjoy the huge outdoor space at the Home Farm Hideaway.
Fully secure, pets can potter around at their leisure, enjoy zoomies and chase the local dozy pheasants (don't worry they always fly off so no ruffled feathers).
Our rural location is a great base to head out for walkies, down the canal to our nearest town Atherstone, or to beautiful country parks in Hartshill, Bosworth, Kingsbury and Polesworth. We've created some walks to enjoy straight out from Home Farm to our favourite pubs in Atherstone and the Unicorn at Orton on the Hill. There's even a Mud Daddy on hand to rinse muddy paws.
Take a look at our Mini Break ideas page for inspiration of some of our favourite places to spend time here in wonderful North Warwickshire.

The Home Farm Hideaway is hosted by Rachel and Tracy and we've been welcoming guests to Home Farm since 2021. Since then we've hosted hundreds of guests with many returning to visit us year after year and we're super proud to have held Superhost status continually for nearly five years. It means we've scored top in communication, value for money, cleanliness and location.
We live in the main farmhouse and we're on hand if you need us for anything to help make your stay special, but we respect your privacy so if all you need is for us to serve up peace and quiet we're also super great at this!
